Introduction

Who are we?

“The mission of the Catholic Community at Hopkins is to image the Gospel of Jesus Christ by welcoming all into a friendly environment, which fosters worship, prayer, faith-sharing, and social interaction. We are also committed to service to our surrounding communities, especially those in need.”
This statement mission and purpose was crafted through prayer, reflection, and sharing during a meeting of the new leadership team, representing our Catholic community, in May 2004.

“The closer we come to the poor, the better we understand God.”

Father Denima Emmanuel
